Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials secure. New accounts are subject to verification (KYC) before gaining full access.

2. Creators and advertisers

Creators may connect social accounts, receive a ranking score, and participate in campaigns. Advertisers may discover creators and run campaigns. You agree to use the platform only for lawful, good-faith purposes consistent with your role.

3. Connecting social accounts

You may connect only social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You authorize us to retrieve public profile data and statistics from those platforms via their official APIs to compute your ranking. Your use of each platform remains governed by that platform's own terms (including the TikTok Terms of Service). You may disconnect a platform at any time.

4. Ranking methodology

The Wiradigital score is a transparent, good-faith estimate derived from performance signals and campaign activity. Scores and rankings are provided for informational purposes, may change as data updates, and are not guarantees of performance or outcomes.

5. Campaigns, fees & payments

Campaign terms are set between advertisers and creators through the platform. Payments and payouts are processed via our payment provider (Bayarcash). Applicable platform fees are disclosed at the point of transaction. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your activity.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulently inflated data.
• Do not attempt to manipulate rankings, scrape the platform, or disrupt its operation.
• Do not infringe others' rights or violate any applicable law or platform policy.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, and its content are owned by Wiradigital or its licensors. You retain rights to content you own; you grant us a limited license to display your public profile and ranking information on the platform.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiradigital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data provided by third-party platforms.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
